Wonderful tempting, sweet & buttery, Vanilla Cupcake with incredible Strawberry Butter Frosting on top.
This tempting cupcakes goes well for breakfast, kids tiffin box, evening tea time & kids birthday party.
This recipe is very jiffy can prepare for unexpected guests popping in for a cuppa of coffee, to impress your guests.

Ingredients as noted below :-
Ingredients :
1 1/2 Cups Flour (APF)
2 tsp. baking pwd.
1/2 tsp. Salt
Wet Ingredients
1/2 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Oil
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla Essence
Method :
Stif dry ingredients together in a bowl and keep a side.
Take a bowl add wet ingredients milk, oil, sugar and eggs, beat well until it’s fluffy & creamy. Then add vanilla essence beat for second, then add the dry ingredients little by little, till mix all dry ingredients and incorporate well.
Preheat the oven to 150 C in meantime add the batter into muffins tray.
Now take muffins tray place the paper cup & fill each cup to 3/4 batter.
Place the muffins tray in oven and bake for 15 minutes, check inserting toothpick and check it come clear than done if not bake for few seconds.
Butter Frosting :
Ingredients :
100 grm. Unsalted butter (softened)
2 drop of strawberry essence.
150 grm. Icing Sugar.
1 tbsp Hot Water.
Method :
Put the butter in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer to fluffy. Add the icing sugar and beat well until smooth & creamy. Add strawberry essence 2 drop & beat well.
Then add the 1 tbsp hot water and beat again until very creamy & fluffy in texture.
Butter Frosting is ready then put in piping bag and decor da muffins according to desire.

Note :
For Egg Substitute
1 egg = 1 tablespoon finely ground flax meal + 3 tablespoons of warm water. Just whip the flax & water together and add to the recipe) / (½ pureed Banana, abt 1/4 cup = 1 egg)
