Stuff Flat-bread with Radish


Winter Special breakfast or for dinner this is an aws. stuff flatbread, I alwys love winter because of lots of veggie and this divine flatbread to have load of health benefits some are listed below and can go through the site I noted below.

Theses stuff flatbread can have with mango stuff pickle all da way from goa with load of ma mum love just love da bit, and it goes well with any flatbread.

These was a aws. Flatbread and with onion seed it’s aroma in whole house and I just love it, I mostly use the onion seed for most of my cook coz I just feel in love with these onion seeds. And super hit at home just happy coz ma family love it ma hubby alwys make pull ma legs saying not nice, when he say I know his 2 taught because he want to have more of that so when ever he say dis I am so overwhelm that my family enjoyed.

Let’s begin with recipe.

Ingredients :

For the Dough

Brown flour 1 cups (Wheat flour)

White flour ½ cup (All Purpose)

Yogurt ¼ cup

Onion seed 1 tbsp (I use more coz I just love da aroma)

Ghee 1 tbsp.

Salt to taste

For the Filling

Radish 1 ½ cups (grated add salt & tile cheesecloth and take the excess water)

Radish Greens Leaves 1 Cup

Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Green Chilies 2 (chopped fine I discard da seeds coz of kids)

Salt to taste


Method :

Take a bowl and retain the water from radish and keep a side.

Take a large bowl add both flour, onion seeds & salt and use radish water as required to knead the dough then, add the ghee and yogurt knead well along with ghee and yogurt, make a pliable dough.

Cover the dough for about 10 to 15 minutes.

While dough is resting do the filling. Take a pan and toast the grated radish for few minutes don’t brown it much then add turmeric and toast for while, then take in a plate or bowl keep a side.

In the same pan add the radish green leave and toast for 2 – 3 minutes, close the flame and mix in the same bowl and give a quick mix taste and see if salt is need.

Take a pan and keep the flame slow let it heat slow. By the time take a small balls of resting dough, then take a rolling pin and add the pinch of dry flour and roll the paratha into small circle then place the radish mixture and pinch and bring together.

And press slowly and roll and see the thickness of ur desire, its ok if the stuff radish peeks out it’s add the flavor

Now add the flatbread to it and dizzle with some ghee of cook for 2 -3 minutes or until it is light brown. Turn it on both and cook well and the house is full of aroma of onion seeds it ‘s amazing, then take the flatbread into plate brush the flatbread with ghee or butter.









Serve hot with pickle or Yogurt.
