This Curry recipe is my Granny Secret creation and we enjoyed a lot and this is my Signature dish & favorite recipe. Which is very close to my heart coz load of love and blessing bind in this recipe even when i prepare today i feel like crying coz i really miss her a load & she is my “Master Piece”
Even though i m not in goa but she is alwys close to ma heart waiting when summer vacation come and I meet her endless
Well this Mango pickle is my mum send me all the way from Goa and she is ma another Person important person and close to ma heart too .
My Creation Thali is a simple one with mango pickle filled with Aws. masala, fried fish & unique Coconut curry

My simple Thali ingredients noted below :
My Granny unique Curry ingredients
Coconut ½ medium (grated )
Red chilies 3 Kashmiri chilly
Dry coriander 1 tbspn
Turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
Garlic Cloves 3 piece
Ginger 1/2 inch
Tamarind pulp 1 tbspn
Black peppercorns 2
Tomato 1 medium
Onion 1 medium.
Green chilly 2
Salt to taste.
Grind all the ingredients except tomato, onion & green chilies to a fine paste with little water.
Slit the green chilies vertically and keep a side.
Take a bowl add tomato, green chilly and onion with as a dash of salt and mix with your hand till it is water.
Take a pan add mash ingredient, add curry paste half cup water or your desired consistency don’t add salt at this point.
Keep on low flame cook for 15 minutes check da salt according to your taste.
Serve with rice.
Fish Fry with Grama Masala
Mackerel 6 (clean, cut slightly & apply salt)
Rava 3 tbsp
1 ½ tbsp. Garam masala
1 tbsp vinegar
Take a bow add garam masala and vinegar and mix well then add Mackerel and keep for 15 minutes.
Take fry pan and keep of low flame then take a plate put Rava / bread crumb and apply nice for fish both the side.
When frying pan is hot add the fish and fry till it turn light brown & Crispy.
Serve with plan rice.
