Rice Puff Cake

This is just terrific Rice Puff Cake well I and our Engineer in ma office we were discussing about Christmas preparation and so excited and planing to do new innovation.

So today wanted to prepare new sweet of ——- shuuuuuuuuuu secret but when i go to Kitchen i got dis Rice puff in ma hand actually brought to prepare other sweet but though of Christmas and let me try had white chocolate in freeze looking at me and i could resist to do something and thought White Chocolate Ganache combo with Rice Puff Cake

When i did dis mix match and i taste i cant believe that it was terrific and ma kids just love it coz it is coated with chocolaty and cant imagine that this beauty will turn to outstanding.

Well ma innovation of Rice Puff is noted below 🙂

Ingredient :

Rice Puff 200 grm.

Food Color Red (3 drops – according to ur color desire)

Food Color Green (3 drops – according to ur color desire)

White Chocolate Chips 1 1/2 cup

Heavy Cream 1 1/4 Cup

Method :

Take a bowl add rice puff into three bowl, add 1 bowl red, 1 bowl green and keep some white mix well according to your desire color keep a side.

Now take a safe bowl in a microwave add chocolate chips and heavy cream for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds in between.

When completely melted and smoothy, now let it cool for a while, Take a bigger bowl mix all the Rice Puff (All three color i mean red, green and plan white) add the Chocolate Ganache and combine well place it on tray keep for 10 minutes then cut with cookies cutter and place on plate to dry when it became bind completely then store in a container. Well i m sure Kids will enjoy dis Rice Puff Cake !!!!!!!!!!!!
