
This Prawns Pulao is a very popular dish from the goan cuisine. This rice dish has the flavor of spices and the prawns. The flavor is rich with coconut milk, ghee and prawns. And it was yummy ma kids also like this amazing pulao.

Ingredients:
Rice 1 Cup
Raw Prawns 200 grms.
Onion Medium 2 (finely chopped)
Tomato 1 (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Ginger Paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Coconut milk 2 cup
Ghee 4-5 tbsp (You can take more)
Salt / Maggie to taste
Wash the rice properly and drain out the water. Keep this aside.
Take a pot add ghee, let it heat on medium then add chopped onion sauté till it is golden brown, add ginger and garlic paste sauté till it aroma goes,
Then add tomato and mashy. Then add raw prawns sauté till it is light brown, add turmeric pwd. then add salt or Maggie.
The specialty of this pulao is lots of ghee. This will really increase the flavor. Now add the rice mix properly coz the grain should not break, then add coconut milk 2 cup. The coconut milk proportion is the most important thing, as we have to add enough coconut milk so that the rice can cook properly, not overcooked.
Now cover the lid and cook for 20-25 min in lowest flame.
The flavor is really awesome.
Serve with Chicken, Vege, or Prawns Rich Green Curry.
