Pasta with Soya Chunk

A Prefect Pasta for the fussy kids those who refuse to have “Soya Chunk” this is perfect & jiffy to prepare for lunch n elder too for their lunch in office, well a mother never leave  stone to give healthy and nutritious food to their kidos.

A big shout to all the Momsssssss who kids say a big “No” and I m sure they will never say not to pasta and mix match with Soya Chunk as I call it to address ma kidos chicken chunk coz of emergency mom can cook food when chicken is defrost gud special for working n all mom over there.
Believe me your kids will ask u more after one bowl dis tempting beauty.

Ingredients : 
Pasta  300 grm.
Soya Chunks  1/2 cup
Garlic cloves 3 pieces (chopped into small)
Green Pepper 1 big (Chopped into long strip)
Tomato 1 medium (chopped into long strip)
Onion  2 medium (Chopped )
Green Chilly   3 pieces (Chopped)
Tomatoes Paste  3 tbsp.
Vegetable oil  4 tbsp.
Grama Masala Pwd. 2 tbsp.
Fresh Coriander (for garnish)
Salt to taste

Method : 
Take a pot add the water when boil add salt & add pasta, oil 1 tbsp and cook in mean time cut onion n tomatoes,  garlic, green chilly keep a side.
In middle check the pasta cut the pasta when u see white dry in middle cook for another few minutes and drain & pass the cold water keep aside.
Take a bowl add hot boiling water add soya chunk n keep for 10 minutes & then discard the water let it cool for while then and then cut into small pieces keep a side.
Now take a pan add oil at medium heat add chopped garlic and green chilly toss for second then add the onion and sauté till it is translucent then add the green pepper toss for second dont cook more it will be soft not crunch then add grama masala, tomatoes paste, salt to taste sauté then add 3 tbsp. water add soya chunk let it cook for while.
At last add cook pasta incorporate well and then close the flame let it cool for some time.

Take a plate add the pasta and garnish with Fresh coriander.
