Oreo Cheesecake has a unique combination of flavors, a heavenly smooth texture and an irresistible graham cracker crust. cheesecake is kids & ma favorite whenever i urge to have cheesecake i buy from the store “Chocolate” it’s ma favorite and their cheesecake is just terrific mouth melting can’t stop there and even ma kidos do love their cheesecake so i just try cheesecake cake it bit long process but still took a decision let me try.
Then just stop by the Supermarket and had all the ingredients and over weekend tried @ last the crust i tried with Oreo ma Sonshine favorite i m sure all the kids favorite too, well this was mix with Philadelphia cheese & with whipping cream it was too rich and love da texture with peppermint it’s just superhit @ home.
This recipe courtesy to Nestle Milk tin i got this amazing recipe and once read just fell in Love with peppermint so just tried same recipe.
Well ma innovation for the first time here listed below.
2 ½ Cup Oreo
750 grm. Philadelphia Cheese (any cheese)
1 Pack of Dream whip
½ Cup Caster Sugar
3 tsp. Peppermint essence
1 tbsp. gelatin (dissolved)
Chocolate shave for garnish
Take oreo discard the cream and take a blender add the oreo 100 grm. with melted butter and press evenly into base of a spring tin. Chill while preparing while doing the filling.
Take a bowl add the cheese and beat cheese, dream whip (as noted below) and caster sugar until thick and smooth. Add peppermint essence.
Beat the dissolved gelatin into the cream cheese mixture and pour evenly over prepared base.
Refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
Take a plate according to your choice place the cheesecake and sprinkle some shave chocolate / Oreo
For Whipping Cream
Take a bowl empty the powder of 1 packets into a bowl, and add to it 1/2 cup (4 oz / 125 ml) of cold milk, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and beat with rotary mixers or an electric beater for about 4 minutes. Each envelope makes 2 cups in volume.
