Hello, Foodie family hope all are doing well, I really won’t be able to tell how many times, I prepare this delicious “Mango Tuna Wrap” I prepare, which is very refreshing and super easy to prepare.
This Mango Tuna Wrap is very easy to prepare with some veggie, I use, Mango, all colour pepper, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrot, reddish, black pepper, salt, mayo, enfold all the ingredients along with mayo, and scoop in the lettuce, I have fallen in love with this delicious and refreshing wrap and pretty sure no one can say no to this gorgeous and delicious wrap, this is another favourite and approved wrap to my food family.
This Mango tuna wrap is a truly refreshing, and truly satisfying light meal, it is a prepared snack for parties, get together, lunch box, unexpected family and friends to fix for a quick snack.
Serve 4 to 5
120g 2 cans tuna drained
1/2 Red pepper
1/2 Green pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/4 cup corn
1 Red Onion medium
1 Green Chilly green
1 Medium Tomato
2 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
1tbsp Black pepper.
Salt to taste
12 Lettuce leave
3 Celery long fibrous stalk
1.To prepare Mango Wrap, separate the lettuce leaves, and wash each separately and dry in the kitchen towel, Celery long fibrous stalk wash and dice into 2 pieces, dry with a kitchen towel and keep aside.
2. Diced mango, red onion, all colour peppers, carrot, reddish, cucumber, tomatoes, green chilly into small cubes, and keep aside.
3. Take a mixing bowl add all the above-diced ingredients, add drained tuna, pomegranate seeds, corn, add mayo, black pepper, salt and incorporate well keep aside.
1.Take a Lettuces and celery long fibrous stalk and one scope of Mango Tuna mixture.
2. Serve immediately and relish. the refreshing wrap.
Discard the cucumber & tomato seed, as it will turn into a watery wrap.
This mixture can keep in the fridge for 2 days in an airtight container.
Use the mayo for required veggies.
