Grilled chicken wings yes you hear me correct well I m a big fan of pizza hut and KFC chicken wings and just love to aroma the spice of herbs & now I got another fan that is not other then ma daughter she just love the chicken wings and did dis beauty it’s pretty simple with the spice and coated with peanut spicy sauce.

For the wings:
500 gm. Chicken wing pieces
6 cloves garlic (chopped fine
½ inch ginger (chopped fine)
2 tbsp. lime juice
½ black pepper pwd.
3 tbsp All purpose flour (white flour)
2 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste
For the sauce:
3 cloves garlic (chopped fine)
2 green chilly (chopped fine)
¾ cup soya sauce
¼ cup tomato suce
3 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. peanut butter (granulated)
2 tbsp. corn pwd. (mix in cold water)
3 tbsp. Red chilly flaks
Salt to taste.
Method:
Cut the chicken wings into 2 pieces of each wash a keep a side.
In a large bowl add the chopped garlic, ginger, green chilly, black pepper, soya sauce, white flour (APF), drizzle chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt mix well and keep for 15 to 10 minute.
In mean time preparing for sauce take a wok add the chopped garlic, green chilly, toss for 1 second, add soya sauce, tomato sauce, tomatoes paste & black pepper toss for while add the salt when sauce is bit thick add the peanut butter along with corn pwd. Check the salt and cook for while put off the flame and add the chilly flakes and mix well.
Turn on the oven to 150° C and on the griller place the chicken wings and grill for 20 to 25 minutes or until crispy. Be sure to turn chicken halfway through cook time.
Turn off the oven and keep the chicken on the rack to cool down, take a platter add the chicken wings a take a small bowl add spicy sauce & Enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!
