◇ Eggless Vanilla Ice Cream ◇

Vanilla the White beauty and pretty sure there are ample of fan too, it’s a sinful melting moment and perfect combo with chocolaty, this is an unique flavor and really feel so blessed when you make one at home and relish, I was so surprised to see the outcome. Vanilla ice~cream can goes have with chocolaty or brownie with a dollop of ice~cream.


Well I was so impress when my friend Teji Singh had explore the sinful ice~cream and well next day I did her creation, it was worth of trying and it was a gorgeous white beauty, it was simple and egg less too and sure there will my much fan out there, can try this white beauty and relish with any flavor of topping I did chocolaty.




Ingredient’s for Ice ~ Cream :

Heavy cream or double cream ..2 cups or more as per choice ! I have used Rich’s cream.

Condensed milk …1 tin …1 cup

Vanilla extract..1 1/2 teaspoon
I used one Vanilla bean seeds. / essence

The three ingredients..cream, condensed milk and vanilla beans /essence.

Note :

If using Vanilla bean into half with a sharp knife, and scrape the seeds.


Method for Ice ~ Cream :

Take a big bowl add the chill cream and whisk till it is fluffy and smooth texture.

Add condensed milk &  incorporate well for 5 mts.

Add the vanilla seeds, or the essence and mix again.

Pour the ice ~ cream to plastic container and keep it in freeze to form for 6 hours or till the ice ~ form.

Once set , take it out , dip it in hot water the whole container, invert the ice~cream onto a chopping board.
Dip knife in hot water and cut neat slices.
This does not melt easily, and relish  beautiful texture!

Chocolate Sauce.

Ingredient’s :

250 ml or 1 cup Amul tetra pack cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp golden syrup
1 tbsp butter
200 gms grated good quality dark chocolate
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Method :

Combine cream, brown sugar, golden syrup, and butter in a medium saucepan, on low heat, keep stirring.
Once it comes to a boil, put on med heat, keep stirring for 2 minutes.


Remove from fire, add chopped or grated chocolate, mix well with a whisk, mix till the chocolate melts. Add vanilla extract. Mix it should be of smooth and silky appearance.


Serve warm with ice~cream.

Note : 

Store it in fridge and reheat before use.

Can be used for pancakes, waffles, crepes , shakes etc!
