Dates & Coconut Ice Cream

Can you guess what kind of delightful treat I am referring to ?. It is none other than the old-fashioned, good-tasting, smooth, rich, and creamy treat ice cream, well this creamy condensed milk-based treat that is sugar-free, yet plenty-sweet. I always have a can or two of condensed milk in the fridge, that way if I need to make quick ice cream or whipped cream I don’t have to wait for the milk to chill. If you’re making this ice cream at room temperature.
This Summer before wind up I just enfold, “Dates and Coconut” Creamy and flavorful ice~cream, excites all the senses for whoever will try and relish this beautiful soul food bowl of delicacy. It is a favourite to all young and old, An a great way to celebrate My blogging Anniversary, I know it late but I wanted to celebrate earlier but don’t know came across with exciting dish to celebrate so prepare this lip-smacking beauty.
Ice Cream with Dates & Coconut, believe me, it’s an outstanding Combo and Coconut I Can have in any form, this ice~cream is the same procedure, whipped into perfection and then frozen to form and cream texture for lip-smacking, and a perfect treat to this Hot Summer Season.
Well, I am in the Middle East, and dates are so delicious, just plan to try Ice ~Cream with Dates & Coconut, believe me, it’s an outstanding Combo and Coconut I Can have in any form, this ice~cream is the same procedure, whipped into perfection and then frozen to form and cream texture for lip-smacking, and a perfect treat to this Hot Summer Season. So if you impress with my click and drooling over this beauty post, then friend go to the Kitchen, chopped the dates, Fresh Coconut, along with Whipping Cream and Enfold this beauty and Relish Every Bit.
Ingredient :
1 Can of Condensed Milk
350 ml Whipping cream (chilled) 
10 Dates
3/4 Cup Fresh Coconut – Chopped
1 tsp.Vanilla essence 
Instructions :
  1. Take a large bowl, add chilled whipping cream, and blend (whisk) with cake mixture ( electric whisk) and blender (whisk), till it becomes soft, light, creamy, and fluffy.
2. Then add the Condense Milk, vanilla essence and blend again, for a second, then with a spatula, enfold the chopped Dates and Fresh Coconut Chopped. Do not over-mix as the cream may lose its airiness and become dense.
3. Transfer this mix to a freezer-safe airtight box and freeze for 6 hours or till it’s set, for serving.
4. Take a tall glass or bowl scoop and drop it to the cup/bowl and relish every bit.
Note : 
Can also blend in a food processor.
Can try any varieties of flavour according to each choice.
