A very simple recipe – served as a tea time, party & snack prefect for kids. This Bread Veggie Puff and are a great snack just to munch on if peckish. ma kids do like this crispy and cheesy & as well as moyo as well, With moyo was we usually do for many occasion in goa.
Bread Veggie Puff

Bread slices – 8 (White or Brown also can be use)
Maida – 1 tbsp
Water (according to thick consistency)
Oil for deep fry.
For Filling :
Carrot – 1 medium (chop into small)
Bell pepper – 2 medium different color (chop into small)
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Green chili – 1 no. (chopped)
Ghee – 2 tsp
Mozzarella cheese – 2 tbsp.
Salt to taste.
Take a pan add ghee at medium heat add carrot toss for 1 minute then add bell pepper toss for a while then add garam masala, green chilly toss for a while. close the flame.
Mix maida with water to make a batter keep a side.
Cut the edges of bread slices and roll the bread with a rolling pin make fine as much you can
Then add the the vege filling, add mozzarella cheese.
Apply the maida batter on the sides and fold the bread slice.
Make all the rolls in a similar way.
Take a pan add oil and medium heat add the bread vege puff and fry both da side till it is golden brown.
Serve hot with coriander chutney or ketchup.

Mayonnasie – 2 tbsp.
carrot – 1 (chop medium cube and boil)
Green peas / bell pepper – 2 tbsp. (boil) (I use bell pepper)
French beans – five (chop and boil)
oil to fry
Take a bowl add the boil vege, add moyo and keep a side.
Then cut the edges of bread and make four pieces and fry golden brown.
Take a plate place all the fried bread silces and add 1 tsp. of vege & moyo mix.
Can also use grated carrot and mayo too.
