Bread Rolls with Chicken Franks

Ingredient’s :

 250 gms. Flour / Maida

Pinch salt

50 gms. Butter / margarine

4 tbsps. Warm milk (lukewarm)

3 tsps. Warm water (lukewarm)

1 1/2 tbsp. Sugar

1 tbsp. Yeast

1 egg ( beaten)

1 egg yolk for glaze.

 Filling:

 Chicken Franks.

Method :

 Sieve flour and salt into a wide bowl.

Mix butter until the mixture resemble fine breadcrumbs.  Dissolve sugar into a cup containing lukewarm milk and water and mix yeast.

Place it in a warm place for 10/15 minutes for ferment. Make a well in the flour, pour yeast mixture and beaten egg knead until a soft dough is formed.

Leave the dough in a warm place cover for 30 minutes to rise. Knead again until smooth and divide it into 7 balls.

Roll each to a 1/4 inch thick and do the desire shape. Then egg wash / milk n put onions seed it gives divine smell heat oven to 350F and bake 15 to 20 minutes
