Bread Pudding who will not relish with the terrific beauty well I post earlier with plan today I share with crunchiness of almond, uuuum it’s divine when u have with a crunch and cardamom flavor with sugar caramel.
Bread pudding, this individual version goes on the dessert menu immediately. Goes well for party or small get together, the cutting the bread into round tht’s a neatly in ur’s ramekins bowl dish much gorgeous.
Bread pudding when u have one bowl of ramekins it’s endless, and when i just cool down and wanted to click ma Jesus ma Cuites both kids mama kindly finish fast coz we have to relish this beauty, glad they just love dis terrific melting moment, well this was ma story.

5 Slices Bread (white or whole wheat)
1 cups milk (boiled)
2 beaten eggs
5 Almond (crush)
8 tbsp of sugar (according to your taste)
2 tbsp of sugar (Caramelized)
1/2 tsp Cardamom pwd.
1 ½ tbsp of water for caramel
pinch of salt
Take blender add bread, warm milk, 8 tbsp. sugar & eggs and blend for second, then switch off the blending add cardamom pwd., salt and crush almond, incorporate well and keep a side.
Take a pan add 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of water and carefully place the bowl on medium low heat till the sugar melt and caramelizes.
Pour this mixture in caramelized ramekin or baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
Preheat the oven to 250 C and bake the caramel bread pudding for 40 to 50 minutes in a water bath or you can steam it on the stove for 35 to 40 minutes or until insert the tooth pin and check if is come clean put off the oven.
Let it cool completely outside the oven and they carefully flip it on a serving plate.
- You can also make the caramel and coat a baking dish or you can use the store-bought caramel.
- With blending the bread also can do just soak the bread in warm milk than take a blow whisk the eggs and incorporate well and then transfer to caramelized bowl to bake.
- 1 egg = 1 tablespoon finely ground flax meal + 3 tablespoons of warm water. Just whip the flax & water together and add to the recipe) / (½ pureed Banana, abt 1/4 cup = 1 egg)
